About the workshop: Laughing is universal! Laughter Yoga pairs laughter with yogic breathing. This combination raises endorphins (feel good hormones) and lowers cortisol (stress hormones). Our instructor will show us how to laugh through challenges. This class will last ~40 minutes with some explanations about laughter and will end with 1 minute of laughter for world peace and a guided meditation.
